Our company is located at Gate number 43, U-1 Unit in Kadiwadgaon. That’s in the Majalgaon taluka within Beed district. We go by the name Shivarsamruddhi Agro Producer Company Limited. It is a local thing, started by people who actually farm the land here. Majalgaon is the nearest big town where we do our business. Beed can be a tough place for farming because it gets so dry. We set up this unit to help each other out with processing and selling. It’s not a fancy factory, just a working unit at G. No. 43. We don't have people writing marketing materials for us. We just write things down as they are. The work is hard and the days are long, but we prefer working for ourselves. Shivarsamruddhi Agro is a name that means a lot to the folks in Kadiwadgaon. We don't use any of that polished corporate speak. We just talk about the harvest and the prices we are getting. If you come by the unit, you’ll see us in our work clothes getting things ready.
