We are based out of Shivankhed in the Chakur taluka, specifically working from house number 134 where Vaijanath Mothe lives. It is just a small group of us here in Latur district trying to manage agricultural work together. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or dealing with local logistics around the 413517 area. We started this because things were getting complicated for individual farmers to handle on their own. Now, we use this space as a central point for our operations. People often drop by the house to discuss what needs to be done for the next season. It isn't a fancy office with desks and computers everywhere. The village is quiet, and everyone knows where the Mothe house is located. We handle the paperwork and the actual farming stuff right from here. It gets busy during harvest time, and the house becomes a bit of a mess with everyone coming and going. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that.
