Sant Tukavipra Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Anjanwati in the Beed district. We are located at Babu Bhagwan Yade’s place. Beed is a place where you have to be tough because the conditions are not always kind to farmers. We know that better than anyone. Our company is not some big operation with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a room with some chairs and a lot of folders. We spend our time trying to figure out how to get better prices and how to share the costs of what we need for the season. It is slow going sometimes. You might find us there late in the evening sometimes, trying to finish up some forms before the deadline. It is not glamorous work, but it is necessary for us to stay organized. We talk about the rain, or the lack of it, and we try to plan for the next season as best as we can. It is just how things are done here in Beed. We do not have any corporate polish, just plain talk and hard work.
