We are Randive Natural Agriculture Producer Company Limited. Our place is H.No.39 in Randave Vastimulukwadi, over in the Beed district. It is a bit out of the way, but that is where the land is. We focus on natural ways of farming because that is what we know. My family and a few others in the vasti started this company to handle our produce better. Beed can be a very dry place, so farming here takes a lot of effort and patience. We don't use any of those big corporate slogans. We just work the ground and hope for rain. The house at number 39 is where we do the paperwork. It’s a modest place. Most of the time, we are out in the fields rather than sitting behind a desk. Doing things naturally means more manual labor, but we think it’s worth it. We are just regular people from Mulukwadi trying to make a living from the earth. Sometimes the crops don’t do well and we have to figure out how to pay the bills. It’s a real struggle sometimes, but we are used to it. We don't have any fancy equipment or a big office.
