We are based in Baragwadi, a small spot in Shirur, Beed district. The office is at Haribhau Saluji Mulik's place, specifically Mulik64. We started Ramkrushna Hari Agro Producer Companylimited because we wanted to work together as a group. Farming around here is hard work and sometimes you just need a proper setup to get things done. It is not some fancy office building, just a local spot where we handle our business. People know us in the village. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes with being an agro producer company. There are a lot of hurdles in agriculture these days. Weather is always changing and prices go up and down. We just try to keep things steady for the folks involved. We are just local people trying to make a living and help the community out. It is pretty straightforward. No big speeches or anything. We just focus on the crops and the work that needs doing every morning. If you come by Baragwadi, you will find us there. We spend most of our time out in the fields or checking on supplies. It is a quiet life but busy enough to keep us on our toes. We don't have a big marketing team, just us. We know the land and we know the people here in Beed. That is basically what we are about. Just a group of people working the land under the Ramkrushna Hari name. It isn't always perfect, but we try our best to get the job done right for everyone.
