You can find us in Waghora, which is over in the Majalgaon taluka of Beed district. We are based at Murli Abadeo Ghatul’s place. We are a producer company, which basically means a group of us local farmers and workers got together to handle our business better. Life in Beed isn't always easy, especially when you are dealing with crops and the weather. We spend most of our time figuring out how to manage the harvest and get everything sold for a fair price. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment in the office. It’s just a room with some chairs and a lot of folders where we keep track of everything. We talk to people in the village every day about what is going on in the fields. Sometimes we have meetings to decide what to do about a particular season or a new rule that’s come out. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate talk. We just want to make sure that the work we do in Waghora actually helps the people living here. It can be a real grind when the prices drop or the rain doesn't come, but we just keep moving forward. We know the land and we know each other, so we just do what needs to be done. It’s just a normal part of life for us here in Majalgaon.
