We are located at Nagapur in Parali, at Balasaheb Subhanrao’s place. It is house number 519. If you are from around here, you probably know the spot. Nagapur Agro is just a group of us from the village and nearby areas. We are not a big corporation from the city. We are people who live right here and work the soil every day. Parali is a place where people understand what it means to work hard. We focus on the agro side of things because that is what we know. There is no point in trying to do something else when your hands are already used to the dirt. We spend our time checking on the crops and making sure the members of our company have what they need. It is a very simple operation. We do not have a lot of rules, just the basics to keep things fair. Usually, the meetings happen right there in the village, nothing formal. We talk about the seeds, the water, and how we are going to get the harvest to the market. Balasaheb’s place is where we keep the records and meet up. It is a quiet life mostly, except when it is time to harvest. Then everyone is running around and staying busy. We do not make big promises. We just work together to make sure the farming stays viable for the people in Nagapur. It is just how we do things here.
