The office is actually at Shivaji Dashrath Waman’s place, so it feels very much like a home. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big city businesses you find in Mumbai. We mostly deal with what comes off the local farms around here. Otur is a good place for this kind of work, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Some days are slow and some are really fast when the crops are ready and everything needs to move at once. We don't really have a boss who sits in a suit and gives orders. We are all just working. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works for what we need. We sit around and figure out the logistics of getting the produce moved to the bigger markets. It involves a lot of phone calls and writing things down in old notebooks that have seen better days. Sometimes we get the numbers wrong and have to start all over again. That's just how it goes when you're doing it yourself without a big office staff. We aren't looking to grow into a massive company. We just want to make sure the families here in Pangri Matha can keep their farms going.
