Kotnandra Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company, Kotnandra Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located in the village of Kotnandra in Sillod. We use Gajajnan Shamrao Gadhe’s place at house number 124 as our main spot. This is in the Aurangabad district, and it’s a very rural area. Most of us here have been farming all our lives, so starting a producer company seemed like a practical step to take. We don't have a big staff or a fancy website. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to sell our grain or get seeds for the next planting. The road to Kotnandra can be a bit rough, but we like it that way because it keeps us connected to the land. We don't use much marketing talk because it doesn't really help us out here. What matters is if the rain comes on time and if we can get a decent price at the market. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records and meet with other farmers from the Tq Sillod area. It’s a bit noisy sometimes when everyone is talking at once, but that’s how decisions get made here. We just try to do our best for the community and keep the business running smoothly without any unnecessary drama or corporate polish getting in the way of our daily work.
