Kai Govindrao Dak Agro Producer Companylimited

Our place is over at House Number 47/1 in Majalgaon, which is in the Beed district. We named this company after Kai Govindrao Dak to honor his name in our community. Beed can be a really tough place for anyone in agriculture because it gets so hot and the water is often scarce. We are just a group of local farmers who figured out that we have a better chance of surviving if we pool our resources and work as one. You won't find any fancy office furniture here, just some old desks and a lot of bags and equipment. Most of our time is spent outdoors anyway. We have to be very careful with our planning because of the dry spells we get around here. People from the village often stop by to talk about their crops or ask for advice on seeds. We are just regular people who grew up on these farms and want to keep them going for our children. The roads around Majalgaon are often dusty, and the work is tiring, but we’ve been doing it for years. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the practical side of getting things grown and moved. It’s a simple life, and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We just work hard and hope for some rain. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the afternoon, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back.
