Jaybhagwan Shetkari Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at House No. 3386 in Maulinagar, which is in Patoda, Beed. It’s a simple spot where we manage the producer company. We have a lot of farmers who are part of this, and they come in and out all day long. The room is usually filled with the smell of tea and the sound of people debating the best way to handle the next harvest. We aren't experts at everything, but we know our local land and what grows well in Beed. The weather can be really dry here, so we spend a lot of time talking about water and how to keep the crops alive. It's a tough business, and there isn't much money in it most of the time. We do it because it’s what we know. There isn't any corporate polish here. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the furniture is mostly stuff we’ve had for years. We don't put on an act for anyone. If you come by, you’ll just see us working on our ledgers or talking on the phone with the grain markets. It’s a practical way to live. We just want to make sure the farmers in our group get a fair shake when it comes time to sell. That’s pretty much all there is to it. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to talk about their land or their harvest problems. It's how things get done.
