Dudhana Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company, Dudhana Farmer Producer Company Limited, is run out of Katkheda in the Ambad area. We use Dnyaneshwar Ramesh Jarhad’s place as our main office. Katkheda is a small place, and most of us here have been farming our whole lives. We decided to get together and form this producer company to see if we could make things work a bit better for everyone in the village. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just meet at the house and talk about what needs to be done for the upcoming season. Whether it’s seeds or getting the tractors ready, we try to help each other out. Dealing with the government paperwork and the market prices can be a headache, so having the company helps us handle that as a group. Dnyaneshwar helps keep the records straight. It’s a very local thing, and everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a website or any fancy brochures. We just talk to the farmers in the fields or when they stop by the house. Ambad is a good region for agriculture, but it’s hard work and the weather is always a gamble. We just do our best to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work. It's a practical way to manage the farms around Katkheda and keep the community going for the future.
