Bramhakisan Agro Producer Company Limited is based in Belura, which is in the Beed district. We work out of Kisan Devrao Gavate’s place. It’s a very local setup. We don't have any big signs or a reception desk. Most of the time, we’re out in the fields or sitting around a wooden table figuring out the next steps for our harvest. Beed can be a tough place for farming because of the weather, but we make do with what we have. Our group is made up of people from around the village who wanted to work together instead of competing. We handle the collection of produce and try to find better ways to get it to the buyers. It involves a lot of lifting, hauling, and driving on bumpy roads. We use everyday English because we aren't city folks with degrees in business. We just know how to grow things and how to talk to our neighbors. Sometimes we stay up late drinking tea and talking about the rain or the price of seeds. That is the reality of our company. It’s built on trust and a lot of sweat. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we’ll work hard to get the crops processed and sold.
