Our company is out in Nathra, which is part of the Parali taluka in Beed district. The address is G No 101A/P. We are a small group of farmers from this village. Beed is known for being quite dry, and we spend a lot of time waiting for the rains. We formed Aaisubhadra Agro because we realized that working alone wasn't getting us very far. We deal with whatever the local soil allows us to grow. It’s not a big corporate office. It’s just a simple room where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the season. Usually, it's just a few of us who handle the administrative stuff while everyone else is busy in the fields. We don't have any marketing materials or a polished image. We are just everyday people who wear dusty clothes and work with our hands. We talk about seed quality, the price of fertilizer, and where we can get a better rate for our crops. It’s a very grounded life. We don't have any grand plans. We just want to make the farming business a bit more stable for the families in our group.
