Agale Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our place is in Gavthan, right near the Hanumanmandir in Akola, which is in the Ambejogai area of Beed district. You can find us at Dashrath Agale’s house. It is a simple setup because we would rather spend our energy on the actual work than on a fancy building. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool our resources together. Beed can be a tough place for farming sometimes because of the rain and the heat, so having a company like this helps us stay organized. We talk to the neighbors and the other farmers in the village about what they are planting and what kind of help they need with their produce. It is mostly about the daily grind of agriculture. We don't use big words or make huge promises. We just try to get the seeds at a decent price and see if we can sell the crops together to get a better deal. Living near the temple means there is always people around, so we end up chatting about work even when we are supposed to be resting. It is a community effort more than a business. We handle the paperwork and the legal side of being a producer company, but at the end of the day, we are still just people who have been working the soil for years. It is a noisy office sometimes, but we get the job done.
