Adikant Seeds Agro Producer Company Limited is located in Udandwadgaon. We operate from Traybak Dagdu Chvan’s house. This is in the Beed district. A group of us farmers came together because we have a special interest in seeds. We realized that if we worked together, managing our own supply would be easier than doing it alone. Udandwadgaon has always been our home. Moving to a big city was never the plan. There is no corporate office or a marketing department here. It is just us and the neighbors working hard. Most days are spent checking the plants and making sure the seeds are good for the next planting. Beed is a place where farming is the main way of life. We are just one small part of that long tradition. You won't find any polished slogans or big advertisements here. People know who we are just by talking to us in the village. The work is often slow. It requires a lot of patience and long hours in the sun. All the records are kept at Traybak’s house. We meet there when we need to make big decisions. It is a simple and direct way to run things. None of us are trying to impress people with big words. We just want to produce good seeds and keep the community going. That is really all there is to it.
