Bhimsingh Maharaj Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in Malegaon Khurd, which is part of the Georai tehsil. We took the name from Bhimsingh Maharaj because he means something to the people in this part of the country. Farming in Georai is what everyone does, so it made sense for us to form a group. We aren't some big corporation with a tall building. We are just a producer company made of local people who know the soil here. Our post is Malegaon Khurd and that is where you will find us most days. Sometimes the weather is on our side and sometimes it isn't, but that is just how life goes in agriculture. We don't have any fancy mission statements to show off. We just get together, decide what we are going to grow, and try to find the best way to get it to the market without losing too much money along the way. It’s a lot of sitting around and talking about the rain and the price of fertilizer. We handle the administrative stuff so the farmers can focus on their land. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
