Bankat Swami Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located at house number 725 in Bajar Galli, which is in the village of Neknoor in Beed. This is where we run our farmers' producer company. Bajar Galli is a busy street with lots of movement, so being here keeps us connected to what’s happening in the local market. Our office is quite basic, with just enough room for us to sit down and go over our accounts and plans. We are all local people who have been farming in the Beed district for a long time. We know how hard it can be when the weather doesn't cooperate. That is why we started this company, so we could pool our resources and help each other out. It is not a fancy operation by any means. We spend most of our time talking to the other farmers in Neknoor and figuring out how to get our crops to the buyers. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with, and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't have a big marketing budget or any glossy brochures. We just rely on the quality of what we grow and the relationships we have with the people around us. It is a very hands-on job, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We are just regular folks working the land and trying to do things better for our families.
