Sodi Dhaba

Our place, Sodi Dhaba, is located in Bhatinda with the pin code 151001. We have been sitting here for a long time now. It is a very basic setup, mostly just a place for people to sit down and have a meal without any fuss. We don't have a big menu with a lot of choices. We just cook what we know how to make well. The building is simple and we have some tables inside and sometimes a few outside if the weather is okay. Bhatinda can get very hot in the summer, so we have the fans going all day. A lot of travelers and drivers stop here because it is easy to pull over. We serve things like dal and roti and whatever vegetable is fresh that morning. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the regular stoves and big pots. Sometimes the service is a bit slow if we have a lot of people arrive at once, but we do what we can. We are not a corporate chain or anything like that. It is just us and a couple of helpers. We live nearby so we are here from early morning to late at night. The chairs are wooden and a bit old, but they work fine. We don't do any advertising, people just know we are here. It is an honest place to get some food and some rest before moving on.
