Rasoi The Colunary Journey

We have been running Rasoi The Colunary Journey here in Model Town Phase 3 for a good while now. Our shop is at SCO Number 16 and 17, which is right in the main market area. If you are looking for us, we are very close to the Axis Bank branch. Bhatinda is a busy city and this market is always full of people doing their shopping or running errands. We are just a small team of local people. We don't have any fancy corporate training or a big office somewhere else. It is just us in the kitchen and at the counter. The days are usually long and a bit tiring. We spend a lot of time preping the food and making sure the tables are wiped down. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many people come in at once, but we do our best to keep up. We don't really do any big advertising. Most of our customers just live nearby or work in the market. We like seeing the same faces come in week after week. It makes the place feel more like a community spot than just a business. The menu is simple and we don't try to be something we are not. We just want to serve food that tastes okay and fills you up. That is how we have always done things here in our corner of the market.
