Hot N Spicy Food Hut

Our food hut is situated right on the main GT Road in Bhatinda, right next to the Vishal Mega Mart. If you are coming from Ravidas Chowk, you really can't miss us. Being on the GT Road means we see a lot of travelers and truck drivers, plus locals who are out shopping at the mart. Bhatinda can get incredibly hot in the summer, so our little hut is a place to get out of the sun for a bit. We call it a food hut because it is a small, casual setup. We focus on spicy dishes because that is what the local palate prefers. The traffic outside is constant and the horns never really stop, but inside we just focus on the cooking. We have been at this location for a while and have seen the city grow around us. The Ravidas Chowk area has changed a lot, but we are still here doing the same thing every day. It is a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the heat from the stoves, but we enjoy the work. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It is just us in the kitchen and a few people out front taking orders. Most of our customers are just looking for a quick, filling meal that doesn't cost too much money. We just try to provide that and keep moving forward.
