La Comidas The Food is situated on the ground floor of the Ekam Complex, which sits right on 100 Feet Road in Bhatinda. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite close to Ghore Wala Chowk, which is a landmark most locals know. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just wander in while they are out running errands or walking along the main road. The 100 Feet Road is always moving, and we see all sorts of people passing by our windows from morning until we close at night. Inside, we keep things pretty basic and functional. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in its place before the first customers show up. The staff here is mostly local people who understand the pace of Bhatinda. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the traffic picks up near the chowk, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don’t go in for anything too decorative or polished; we just focus on the daily tasks of running a food business. The tables are sturdy and the lights are bright enough for people to see what they are doing. We have had our ups and downs like any other small shop, but we keep the doors open and the food ready. It is a practical place for a meal, and we are just glad to be a part of the local street scene here.
