Bhole Shankar Foods

Bhole Shankar Foods is tucked away at Shop No 98 in the E block of the New Grain Market. Being near the M.C. Office makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are in this part of town. The market is a noisy place, especially in the mornings. We spend most of our time at the shop handling the food stocks and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a basic setup. We don’t have fancy displays or anything. Just the bags and the counter. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. You see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes the trucks block the whole lane and it gets a bit chaotic. That is just part of being in the New Grain Market. We try to keep things organized but it is not always easy with so much going on around us. Usually, someone is at the shop from early morning until late evening. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. The office nearby is a good landmark if you are visiting for the first time. We just focus on getting the food items out to the people who need them. It is a simple business. We don't try to make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a local shop doing its bit. We deal with whatever comes in and goes out. Every day is a bit different but the work stays the same. That is our reality here at the shop.
