A. B. MACHINE TOOLS is situated on Delux Street, which is just off Faizpur Road and the main G.T. Road. Being near the G.T. Road means there is always a lot of heavy traffic and dust coming from the big trucks. Our shop is a place where we handle different kinds of machine tools every day. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned setup, with high ceilings and heavy workbenches that have been around for years. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. It’s just us and the machines. The air usually smells like iron and old grease. We spend a lot of time sorting through bins of bolts and looking for the right sized wrench. It’s the kind of place where you learn by doing, and we’ve all got the scars on our hands to prove it. Sometimes we close up a bit early if the weather is too bad or if the work for the day is finished. We don’t have a strict corporate schedule. If a neighbor needs help with a stuck bolt, we usually stop what we’re doing to help them out. That’s just the way things work on Delux Street. It’s a noisy, busy place, but it’s where we belong. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines that come through our doors. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do.
