Tranodbhav Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at House No 378 in Ward No 13, Anjad. This is in the Badwani district of Madhya Pradesh. If you have ever been to Anjad, you know it can get incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office is just a regular house in the neighborhood. We don’t have a big staff, it is mostly just us farmers taking turns to handle the administrative side of things. We sit in the main room and go over the accounts or talk about which crops are doing well this year. The house is old but it stays relatively cool because of the thick walls. We have a few benches for visitors to sit on while they wait. People from the village often stop by to check the latest prices or just to escape the sun for a few minutes. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. If you want to know what we do, you just have to ask. We are working together to make sure we get a fair shake when it comes time to sell what we grow. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for things to happen. We handle the paperwork as honestly as we can. It’s a simple life, and we are just trying to make it a bit more stable for everyone in our ward. We aren't doing anything fancy, just staying organized.
