We are the Barwani Shubh Laxmi Samradh Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited. Our base is right there at the Ceo Janpad Panchayat Karyalaya in Barwani. Being a group of women farmers, we have our own way of doing things. We spend a lot of our time at the Janpad office or out in the fields around the 451551 area. This isn't a corporate setup with fancy titles or polished floors. We are all just women from the local villages who want to see our farms do well. We talk about everything from the kids to the cost of seeds while we work in the dirt. The office is a place where we gather to sign papers and organize our collective sales. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes with everyone talking at once, but we get things done. We don't have a big budget for advertising, and we don't really need one. Everyone in the area knows who we are by now. We just want to make sure that the women growing the crops get a fair deal when it's time to sell the produce. It is about supporting each other and making sure our families are okay. Some days are long and tiring, especially when the sun is hot, but we keep each other going through the tough seasons. It’s just a group of us trying to make a difference in our own small way here in Barwani, and we just keep on working hard.
