Techno Zone

Techno Zone is situated right near the Nrarati Cinema Hall on Sodepur Road. It’s a busy part of Madhyamgram Bazar, so there is always noise and movement outside our door at 163/12. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn’t really bother us anymore. Our shop is where we handle all sorts of electronics and computer work. It’s a practical setup. We have shelves full of old parts and new boxes waiting to be opened. Most of the time, we are hunched over a desk with a screwdriver in hand. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we know how to do. People from the market come in when their systems act up or they need something specific for their home setup. We don’t really do fancy displays. The focus is on the work bench in the back. Sometimes it gets crowded in here when a few customers show up at once. We just ask them to wait a bit or come back after a quick walk in the bazaar. Dealing with tech can be frustrating for people, so we try to keep things calm. We explain what’s wrong in plain English, or Bengali mostly, since that’s what everyone speaks around here. It’s a local business through and through. We are just part of the everyday life of Sodepur Road, helping out with whatever tech issues pop up.
