Rishi Infotech Solutions

We are based in Bijaya Nagar, which is in the Madhyagram area. It is a decent place to be, and we have been here for a while now. Our focus is on infotech solutions, which basically means we spend our days fixing computers and helping people with their tech problems. It’s a small shop, not one of those huge IT firms in the city center. We have shelves with spare parts, some old monitors, and a few laptops that are being worked on. People from the neighborhood bring in their machines when they stop working or get too slow. I started this because I’ve always been good with electronics. It is just me and a couple of others. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because most folks just want their stuff to work again. The shop can get a bit cluttered with cables and screwdrivers, but we know where everything is. Madhyagram is a busy place, and there are always people looking for help with their devices. We don't have a massive budget for advertising. Most people just walk in or hear about us from a friend. We try to be fair and get things done as quickly as we can, though some parts take time to arrive. It’s a simple business, and we like being part of the community here. It is just how we manage our daily lives.
