Barcraft Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away on Post Office Road in Ganganagar. We are right opposite the Julian Day School, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main parts of Kolkata, but Madhyamgram has its own vibe. Our office is in a spot where you can see the students heading to school every morning. We do a lot of tech work and infotech services, which basically means we are staring at screens for most of our shift. It’s a quiet enough area until the school bells ring or the traffic picks up near the Allahabad Bank nearby. We’ve got a small setup with computers and servers that hum all day long. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is pretty common around here, so we just deal with it. The team is mostly local people from the North 24 Parganas district. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or ping pong tables like you see in some tech companies. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires. Most of our work comes from word of mouth in the neighborhood. We take our breaks at the small shops down the road. It’s a straightforward business where we try to solve whatever computer problems come our way without making a big fuss about it. We just keep working.
