Brainware

Brainware is located at Meena Green, B Block, B2, right by Kaikhali Chriamore. It’s just off the VIP road, so it’s easy for everyone to find. The area is always crowded because of the airport nearby. Our office is in a building that looks like it could be someone's home. It doesn't have that cold, corporate feel. We have students coming in for classes and staff trying to keep everything organized. It gets pretty loud during the day when the sessions are in full swing. We don’t have expensive furniture or a high-tech lobby. It’s mostly just rooms filled with desks and computers. The walls are covered in schedules and posters for different courses. We’ve been at this Kaikhali spot for a long time. Most of the people working here take the bus or an auto-rickshaw to get in. We all know each other well. There is no hierarchy where people are afraid to talk to each other. We just handle the training and make sure the labs are ready. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but we just use that time to catch up with one another. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We focus on the students and the lessons they need. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the best, we just want to do a decent job every day and help people learn something useful.
