Smart U Dot Be

Smart U Dot Be is located in Village Shimultala, which is part of the District 24 Pgs North area. It is a bit of a trek to get out here if you are not from around this part of West Bengal. The name of the company sounds a bit more modern than the building itself, which is just a regular local structure. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. Instead, we have a couple of desks and some equipment that we use every day. The environment in Shimultala is mostly rural, so it is quite peaceful during the mornings. We spend a lot of time on our computers or handling the administrative side of things. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of living in 24 Pgs North. We are a small group of people who decided to set up shop here because it is where we are from. We don't have a corporate ladder or anything like that. We just help each other out and try to get the work done by the time the evening market starts. It is a very basic setup, but it serves our needs perfectly. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to do our work quietly and go home to our families at the end of the day.
