You can find us at 2/6 3rd Cross on Mysore Road, right opposite the Old Toll Gate in Bangalore. This part of town is always moving, with a lot of traffic and people heading towards the highway. Our building is right in the middle of all that noise. Biella Tessitura Asia is a textile operation, so we have some equipment inside that adds to the general buzz of the place. It’s an older building, and it has its quirks, like the windows that don't always stay open and the creaky stairs. We’ve got a small team, and everyone knows their role. We spend a lot of time looking at fabric samples and making sure the machines are running right. It’s not a polished environment by any means. There’s usually some dust on the shelves and the floor gets dirty pretty quickly with all the foot traffic. We have lunch together most days, usually just bringing food from home and sitting in the back. It’s a very local feel, and we don't try to act like a big corporation. We just want to get the fabric made and sent out to whoever needs it. Mysore Road is a tough place to work because of the congestion, but we’ve made it our home for a long time now. We just do the work and try to avoid the worst of the rush hour traffic.
