We are Ratibhan Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our group is located in Baharhardoi, Uttar Pradesh. Specifically, we work out of the house of Kamlesh. It is just a small place in the village. Most of us here are farmers. We started this to help each other out with crops and selling things. Hardoi is a quiet area and things move slow here. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. It is mostly just neighbors talking about the weather and the fields. Sometimes the roads are dusty. We spend our days checking on what's growing. Living in a village like ours means you know everyone. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with seeds and dirt is what we know. There are many challenges for people like us in this part of Uttar Pradesh. But we keep going. If you come by the post office area, you might find us. We don't use big words or have meetings in suits. Just regular people doing regular work. It’s hard work, but it’s what we have. Sometimes the rains are good, sometimes not. That is just how life is for us here in Baharhardoi. We handle the paperwork when we have to. Most of the time we are just busy outside. The dusty roads leading to Baharhardoi are long. We see the same trees and the same people every morning. It's not a fast life. Sometimes we sit under a tree to talk because the sun gets too much. Our office at Kamlesh’s place is just where we keep the ledger. It's not a place with computers or air conditioning. We just use what we have.
