We are located in Machhiayhi, which is part of Payagpur. You can find us at Dharmendra’s place. The address says C/O Dharmendra1, and that’s exactly where we operate from. It’s a quiet area for the most part, except when the farming season is in full swing. Kamleshwar Prasad Jitendra Nath Farmer Producer Company Limited is a long name, but we are just local people working together. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or sitting on the porch talking to the neighbors. There isn't a lot of formality here. If someone has a problem with their harvest, they just walk over and we talk about it. We handle the logistics of getting things from the farm to the market. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when the sun is out and it’s hot. We don't use any big words or complicated strategies. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. The office is really just a room with some desks and a couple of fans to keep the air moving. We’ve known most of the farmers around here since we were kids. That makes the work feel more like helping out family than running a business. We keep our records in big notebooks and try to stay organized as much as possible in a small village setting.
