You can find us at House Number 04 in the village of Atthaia, near Mustafabad in the Kaisarganj tehsil. This is where a bunch of us farmers from the local area decided to get together and form Narayani Naveen. We’re just regular people who spend most of our time out in the sun. Farming in this part of the country has its challenges, and we figured we’d be better off if we pooled our resources. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s just a house in the village where we meet to talk about the crops. We grow a bit of everything depending on the season. The paperwork for the company was a bit of a struggle for us, but we got it done because we wanted to be official. We don't have a marketing department. Our "about us" is basically just the fact that we’re out here every day doing the work. We talk about the price of fertilizer and the state of the local markets. Sometimes someone brings some tea and we just sit and plan the next month. It’s a very local thing. We know everyone in Atthaia and the surrounding villages. This company is for us, the people who actually have their hands in the dirt. We just try to help each other get by and maybe make things a little easier for the next generation. It is honest work and we do it together for the community.
