Saurya Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited is based out of Bahraich, specifically over in the Raiganj area. We set things up at Sudha Singh’s place in Yakghara, Ekghra. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from around Bahraich, but it's where we do all our business. We are basically a group of farmers who decided it was better to work as a team. Farming in this part of the country has its ups and downs, but having this company helps us stay organized. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. Most days, you’ll find us just talking about seeds or the rain. The office is really just a part of the house in the village. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the actual farms. Raiganj is a decent place to live and work. We have been part of this community for a long time. Our address is C/O Sudha Singh, Yakghara, Ekghra Raiganj, Bahraich 271830. If you are looking for us, that’s where we will be. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We grow things and we try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal. It is a lot of manual labor and long days. We're just local people trying to make a living off the land we have. It's honest work and we are proud of being from Bahraich. It gets very hot here in the summer, but we keep working through it.
