St Xaviers High School

If you are in Azamgarh, you might have passed by St Xaviers High School. We are right here in the 276001 area. It is just a standard school where we try to keep things running smoothly for the local students. The building isn't new, but it works for what we need. We have classrooms filled with desks that have seen many years of use. In the morning, you can hear the kids reciting things or playing out back. The staff here is mostly local people who have lived in Azamgarh their whole lives. We don't do anything too fancy. It’s about getting the books out and finishing the syllabus before the exams come around. The playground gets a bit dusty in the summer, but the kids don't seem to mind it much. We spend a lot of time on the small details, like fixing broken benches or painting the walls when they look too peeled. It’s a busy place from eight to two. After that, the halls get quiet and it's just the sound of the fans and some paperwork being shuffled. We like being part of this town. Most people know where we are located. It’s a solid, everyday school where we just do our jobs and help the kids learn what they need to know. It’s not a complicated setup, just a regular high school in the heart of Azamgarh where everyone knows each other by their first names.
