Rajmangal Inter College

If you head down Taherpur Road in Bangaon, you will find Rajmangal Inter College. It’s tucked away in Azamgarh, specifically in the 276123 area. The surroundings are quiet most of the time, except when classes are changing or when it’s time to go home. We have been sitting here on this road for quite some time now. The building is a simple one, made of brick and mortar, and it looks like many other schools you might see in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Inside, there are desks and chairs that have seen many years of students. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the staff making sure the place stays open and the students have a place to sit. Some days are busier than others, especially during exam season when everyone is a bit stressed. On most days, though, it is just the usual routine of bells ringing and people walking through the halls. The road outside can get a bit dusty during the summer months. Locals in Bangaon know us well because many of them went here themselves or have kids here now. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just provide a space for learning right here on Taherpur Road. It’s a local spot where things happen slowly but steadily. We just keep the doors open and do the work that is expected of a college in a place like Azamgarh. We often see the students hanging out near the front gate during their breaks.
