Dream India School-Mubarakpur

You can find us on Jiyanpur Road in Mubarakpur. This place used to be known as Hari Ram Inter College, but now it’s our school. It’s located in the Noorpur Butat area of Azamgarh. The building is an older one, so it has some character to it. We have plenty of space for the students. Each morning, the kids arrive from the surrounding villages and the town itself. The road outside can get pretty busy with trucks and rickshaws going towards Jiyanpur. Inside, we keep things pretty straightforward. We have the usual subjects like science and social studies. The classrooms are large enough for everyone to sit comfortably. We try to keep the grounds tidy, though the wind blows a lot of dust in from the road. Our staff is mostly from the Azamgarh area, so they understand the local ways. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just old-fashioned teaching with chalk and paper. The kids play out in the back during their break time. It’s a loud and lively place when school is in session. Once the day ends, the buses and cycles take everyone back home. It’s a solid, local institution that’s been part of this community's landscape for a long time now. We just keep the doors open and the lessons going day by day, making sure the work gets done and the children are learning what they need to.
