Waghvinayakk Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at Plot No.16 in Gitai Nagar, which is over in Vaijapur. You can find us at Babasaheb Vinaykrao Wagh’s place. We are in the Aurangabad area, with the pincode 423701. We decided to put "Agritech" in the name because we are trying to use some newer methods and tools on our farms, but at the heart of it, we are still just traditional farmers. It is a group effort here. We aren't some corporate giant with a glass office. It’s just Babasaheb and a bunch of us from the neighborhood trying to make the farming business work better for everyone involved. The office in Gitai Nagar is where we store our tools and keep our books. We spend a lot of time discussing how to improve the soil and what kind of technology could actually help us without costing too much of our hard-earned money. Farming in Vaijapur has its ups and downs, so having a group like this makes the bad times a little easier to handle. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing language. We just say things like they are. If a crop fails, we talk about why and try something else the next season. If something works, we all try it. It’s a simple way of living and working together. We’re just local people looking out for each other and trying to keep our farms going for the next generation.
