Vitcrop Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 25 in the village of Gvhali, which is near Aurala in the Kannad area of Aurangabad. We are based out of Sanjay Raosaheb Nikam’s place. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to team up. It’s a very rural spot, and you have to drive a bit to get here from the main town. Our office is just a room in a house where we keep our registers and talk to the members. Most of the time, we are out in the fields of Gvhali and the surrounding villages. We focus on the things that actually matter to us, like getting good seeds and making sure our tractors have enough diesel. We aren't trying to be a big fancy company. We just want to make sure the work we do on the land pays off. Aurangabad 431001 is where we belong, and we know every corner of this district. Some days the sun is too hot and other days it pours with rain, but we stay out there regardless. We handle the logistics of moving the harvest and try to help each other when someone’s crop isn't doing so well. It is a community thing more than anything else. We don't use fancy talk or have a big board of directors. It’s just us farmers trying to get by and keep things moving.
