This group got started right here in Talwada, which is a small spot in Vaijapur. We are based out of House Number 105. It is a local effort by farmers in the Aurangabad area. We realized things are a lot easier when we work together instead of everyone trying to do their own thing alone. It is not a big corporate setup with lots of employees. It is just a bunch of us from the village trying to manage our crops and figure out how to sell them. We handle the local produce and try to get things sorted for the seasons. The house is where we meet up to discuss what to plant or how to deal with the weather when it gets difficult. Aurangabad can be a tough place for farming if the rains do not come on time like they should. We use this company to pool our resources together. It is basically a community thing.
