We are located at house number 467 in Adgaon Kh., which is part of the Aurangabad area with the pin code 431001. This company is basically just a group of us who live and work around here. We decided to put our resources together to make things a bit easier for everyone in the village. Farming in this part of Maharashtra has its ups and downs, especially with the water situation. We spend a lot of time just talking about how to manage the fields better. Our office isn't anything special, it’s just a place where we can keep our records and meet up. Most of the time, the real work happens outside in the dirt. We are not trying to be anything we aren't. We are just local farmers who know the Adgaon area like the back of our hands. It’s quiet out here most of the time, but during the planting or harvest seasons, things get pretty frantic around the village. We help each other out with the logistics and try to get a decent price for what we grow. It is a lot of hard work and not much glory, but that is how farming is for us. We have been here a long time and we plan to stay for many more years. It is about keeping the tradition going while trying a few new things here and there to stay relevant. We just take it day by day.
