Sushmith Farmer Producer Company Limited has its office in the Mogara Building, specifically Flat H-02 in Gurusahani Nagar. This is in the Cidco area of Aurangabad. It is a bit more of an urban setting than some other companies, but our heart is still in the fields. Being in Aurangabad helps us with the logistics and getting things moved around to different places. The office in Gurusahani Nagar is where we do all the planning. It is just a regular flat, nothing special. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of tea to keep us going. We started Sushmith because we wanted a more organized way to handle our produce and our business. It is a lot of work to keep everyone on the same page, but we try our best. The Mogara Building is easy enough to find. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come in from the surrounding villages. It is a mix of city life and farm business. Sometimes it feels like we are caught between two worlds, but that is where the opportunity is. We do not have a big staff or anything. It is just a few of us making sure the numbers add up and the crops are getting where they need to go. It is a practical operation for practical people. We just take it one day at a time.
