Sojaai Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out in Dhanora, which is in the Sillod taluka. Our main spot is at Kailas Kisan Kakde’s place at Gut Number 24. We are in the Aurangabad district, 431103. It’s a basic setup. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just needed a way to get the local farmers in Dhanora together so we aren't all fighting the same battles alone. Sillod is a good area for farming, but it has its problems like anywhere else. You’ll find us mostly talking about seeds or why the prices are down this week. Kailas lets us use his place for the paperwork and meetings because he has a bit of extra space. It’s not a corporate office with a receptionist or coffee machine. It’s just a room with some chairs and a table. Sometimes the power goes out, or the road is muddy after a big rain, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off at the end of the day. Most of us have been farming since we were kids, so we know the land well. Being a producer company is just the formal way to handle our business together. It isn't always easy, and we make mistakes with the paperwork sometimes, but we are learning as we go.
