Shree Pareshwaray Farmer Producer Company Limited

Shree Pareshwaray Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Palkhed, which is in the Vaijapur taluka of Aurangabad district. Our main spot is at G No. 211. It's a rural area, mostly surrounded by fields and other farmers doing the same kind of work we do. We started this because a bunch of us in the village needed a way to manage things together. It’s not some big fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical place where we meet up and talk about the crops and the season. Sometimes we sit outside if it’s too hot inside. The roads out here in Vaijapur can get pretty rough during the rainy season, so getting things in and out takes some time. We all know each other here. It’s a community thing as much as a business. We handle the paperwork for the producer company, which can be a real headache sometimes with all the rules. But we just take it one day at a time. There's always someone coming by to ask a question or drop something off. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once. We don't have a receptionist or anything. You just walk in and find someone. We’re just trying to make things work for the local farmers around Palkhed. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during harvest. We don't mind it much. Sometimes we share a meal together while we discuss the prices and the market.
