Shivshri Agritech Producer Company Limited

Our office is actually at Mahadev Solat’s place in Shindewadgaon, which is in the Ghansawangi area. Shivshri Agritech is basically a group of us who decided that we could do more if we pooled our resources together. We don't have a big fancy building, just this spot in the village where we meet up. Most of us are farmers ourselves, so we know the struggles of getting the right equipment or finding a fair price for what we grow. We spend a lot of time at the site just talking through the problems we face during the different seasons. It’s a very local thing. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just try to help each other out with whatever tech or tools we can get our hands on. Shindewadgaon is a small place, so news travels fast and everyone knows what we are trying to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get muddy, but we still manage to get the work done. It’s not a polished business, just a bunch of guys trying to make farming a little bit more sustainable for our families. We keep the records in a few old ledgers and try to stay organized as best as we can. It’s honest work and we aren't looking for anything more than that. We just want to make sure the crops get sold and the bills get paid.
