Shireshwar Agrotech Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at house number 16 in Siregaon. This is Kailas Asaram Gote’s place. We are in the Gangapur part of Aurangabad. Calling it "agrotech" sounds a bit fancy, but we are just regular farmers. We use whatever tools we can get to make the work faster. The soil here in Siregaon is what we know best. We formed this group because we wanted to have more of a say in how our crops are sold. It is better than just taking whatever price the first buyer offers. We aren't wearing suits or sitting in air-conditioned rooms. We are out in the dirt most days. The house in Siregaon serves as our main meeting point. We sit around and discuss the seeds or the fertilizers we need for the next season. It is a community effort. We try to help the smaller farmers in our village who don't have much. The road to the village isn't always great, especially when it rains, but we get by. We don't have a website or a big sign. Most people just know us by name. We do the work, we look after our families, and we try to keep the company running straight. It is just a group of people from Aurangabad working the land together. That is all there is to it, really. No big stories or marketing talk.
