People around here know us as Shamraj Bahadur Farmer Producer Companylimited. We’re over in Baba Colony, Tq- Aurangabad, specifically at Gn 587. It started because the farmers in our area needed a way to work together. Dealing with crops and selling stuff alone is just too hard these days. My family has been farming for ages, so it felt right to get this going. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a spot where we figure out how to handle our produce and make things a bit easier for everyone involved. Some days are really busy, especially when the harvest is coming in and everyone is trying to coordinate. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and the other farmers around the district. There’s always some problem to solve, like a broken machine or figuring out where the trucks should go. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit messy sometimes. We just try to keep things moving. If you’re ever near Baba Colony, you’ll probably see us around. It isn't always smooth, but we get the job done. That’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a group of people from Aurangabad trying to make a living off the land together. It’s a lot of work, but we like it.
