Our group is based in Ganori, which is a small place in the Phulambri taluka. It is mostly just us local people who have been living and working on these farms since we were young. We decided to come together as Sanskruti Agro because doing every single thing by yourself is just getting harder and more expensive every year. The rains are not always what we expect around here, so having a company helps us buy things like fertilizer or good seeds in bulk so we save a bit of money. We spend almost all of our time out in the fields, so the office isn't always full of people. If you come by Ganori to find us, you will see a very quiet operation. We are not trying to be some big corporation with suits and ties. We just want to make sure that the farmers right here in Phulambri get a fair deal for their hard work. Some days we just sit under a tree and talk about which crops are doing better this season. It is all very practical stuff. We use the tools we have and try to help each other when a tractor breaks down or someone needs an extra hand. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit of a headache for us, but we get through it eventually. It is really about the community here. Most of us have known each other for decades. We are just trying to run this the best way we know how.
